Training: Training Modules and Operations
Safety, Productivity and Professionalism remain the key focus for the NYSA-ILA Training Center which has been operating in its new facility since July 2005. The highest priority this year was the industry's first Hazardous Materials Refresher training course. We received a grant from the New Jersey Department of Labor; and, created and presented a Safety, Responsibility and Awareness module. We were also able to provide a "Train the Trainer" course using a portion of the grant money.
